Q & A with Christine

IW: What would you do during a typical day?

CHRISTINE: A typical day for me starts with having a good breakfast with my husband and two kids. It's the time when I gather energy for the day ahead.

Once I arrive at the office, I open my inbox, check my calendar, attend to emails and calls, and visiting our offices in different locations.

IW: How did you get into this industry?

CHRISTINE: A friend has offered me the job, and that’s how I started my Real Estate journey five years ago an Office Administrator in one of Harcourts' offices. I enjoyed every bit of the job, and before I knew it, I joined the corporate team last year, which I absolutely love.

IW: What do you enjoy most about your job?

CHRISTINE: What I find most enjoyable about my job is spending time with office administrators and witnessing how they excel in their roles. Also, even though I'm not an expert in tech, it brings me great joy to be able to assist someone with their technical issues. It’s satisfying.

IW: What is the most challenging part of your job?

CHRISTINE: The most challenging aspect of my job is when I don't have the answer to someone's question. It can be difficult not being able to provide immediate solutions or guidance.

IW: What advice would you give others that are looking to move into this industry? |

CHRISTINE: My advice for those considering a career in this industry would be to avoid overthinking it. Real Estate is a fast-paced and exciting field that comes with its fair share of challenges. Embrace the dynamic nature of the industry and be prepared to adapt and learn as you go.
