Megan Hampton | Tasmania

Megan began working at Harcourts in 2005 and after gaining valuable experience through the Harcourts systems and networks she started her own real estate business in 2009. After 6 successful years in business, with offices in Hobart and Launceston, she returned to Harcourts in the role of State Academy Trainer for Tasmania & Victoria.

Personal career highlights for Megan to date were being a finalist for Australian Property Manager of the Year at the Real Estate Institute of Australia Awards and being a state finalist in two categories for the Telstra Business Women’s Awards.

Megan holds a Real Estate Agent License, a Diploma of Property Services, a Diploma of Leadership and Management and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

In 2022, Megan took on the Learning & Development Operations Manager role for Harcourts International.  In this role, she works with the Performance Coaches and CEO’s across Australia and New Zealand to deliver training to the Harcourts Network. Megan loves working for the Harcourts organisation - a company that values people first, focuses on doing the right thing and places an importance on fun and laughter in the workplace.

In her spare time Megan loves to spend time on Tasmania's East Coast with family and friends and is a dedicated Surf Life Saver. She also loves live music (especially country) and reading.
