Heather de Fina | Queensland, Australia [Retired Pioneer]

Heather joined Harcourts in 1999 as a Sales Consultant and had a successful career in sales. Through Harcourts’ collaboration with Disney, Heather was selected to attend the world renowned ‘Disney Institute’ in Orlando Florida where she participated in their training program, ‘Leading and Sustaining a Service Culture’.  After some time spent as a Sales Manager and Business Owner, Heather’s corporate connection to the Harcourts led her to the role of Business Development Manager for Queensland. From there, moving into the Professional Development role for Harcourts Queensland was a natural progression for Heather. 

Heather decided to retire from corporate life and have a tree change.  She now runs the very successful business, Heart of Kenilworth.
