Anna sees the move as a fantastic opportunity to challenge herself both personally and professionally, and still stay within the Harcourts brand that she has been part of since beginning her career as a real estate agent in 2007. With two young adult sons both attending college in the US, and a strong family focus, the opportunity to all be in the same country was too good to pass on.
With a background in Nursing Management prior to her Real Estate career Anna places a strong emphasis on supporting those around her to achieve both personal and professional growth. Fun & laughter are an important facet to her management style.
She joins the Harcourts Pacific Corporate team as Head of Operations following 4 years as Operations Manager with the No.1 Harcourts Office in the World for Revenue - Harcourts Gold Papanui Office. The professional grounding that she received as part of this forward thinking, auction focused and driven team was second to none. Her strong skillset includes mentoring and supporting the team across all facets of the business and inducting & training new and experienced agents in reaching both their personal and business goals.
